Lighthouse of Broward Resources The Helen Keller National Center for Deaf-Blind Youths and Adults (HKNC) is happy to announce HKNC's electronic newsletter - CONNECT. They have expanded the format of HKNC's in-house newsletter - the IN-TOUCH. It not only will keep you "in-touch" with what's happening at the Center and but also tell you about things that are happening around the country of interest to people who are deaf-blind. Plans are to publish CONNECT three times a year.
