myReader is the world's first low vision auto-reader. Designed to benefit people suffering from eye conditions such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts and glaucoma, myReader revolutionizes the way people with low vision view various printed and visual material.

Unlike CCTVs, myReader scans and captures the entire page and then presents it to users just the way they want to read. myReader enables those with low vision to go beyond just reading bills and writing shopping lists, and to once again read their favorite books with ease.

myReader's full page document capture makes automatic reading possible. With one touch of a button, myReader captures an image of whatever is on the viewing table and rearranges it to fit on the screen according to your preferences. Choose text to be presented as a neatly wrapped paragraph (column layout), as a continuous line (row layout) and one word at a time (word layout).

myReader is operated via a separate control panel, which is clearly labeled and easy to use. The control panel is designed to allow users to operate myReader for long periods. It allows users to: adjust the speed they are reading at, manually navigate through a document, advance through the text a screen at a time, change display modes, select a new document, change the size and colors on the screen, set margins and access menus.

myReader retains some of the best features of the video magnifier, including a range a contrasting color combinations for presenting text, a live mode for handwriting and other manual tasks, autofocus and split-screen PC operation.

myReader has a built-in 15" LCD screen. For added comfort, the monitor height and tilt angle can be adjusted to suit the user. Also, with no X-Y table that many CCTVs have, myReader only takes up a limited amount of space.

And in three easy steps, myReader folds up into a compact unit. Including an integrated carry handle, myReader can be picked up and easily carried from room to room with ease.
